MaX UC Desktop & Mobile

MaX UC Desktop & Mobile is like having your desk phone on your computer or mobile devices. You can make and receive calls, hold calls, transfer calls and make three-way calls. You can also use it to send instant messages to other people in your corporate directory who is also using MaX UC, no matter what device they are using. MaX UC uses Wi-Fi, broadband or mobile data services that are available and connected to your desktop or mobile device.

CommPortal

CommPortal is RTC’s next-generation subscriber interface, delivering network based services and configuration capabilities via web, business phone and mobile device. CommPortal allows subscribers to access and manage their individual telephony services along with manage business-level administration features, enabling granular customization of call features.

Easy vs. Premium Attendant

Easy Attendant is an automated receptionist with a one level menu that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of your businesses.

Voicemail Email Notifications

An automatic e-mail message with a .wav file alerting you that you have a missed call with a new voicemail. The message can be listened to via email or by accessing the web portal.

SIM Ring

When enabled, your phone will ring on more than one number at the same time. The first device to pick it up gets the call and the other phones stop ringing.

Music on Hold

Provides an option to our business users to play customized media, such as music, announcements or advertising, while customers are on hold.

Multi Line Hunt Groups

A method of distributing phone calls from a single telephone number to a group of several phone lines. Specifically, it refers to the process used to select which line will receive the call. It allows calls to a Pilot Directory Number to be routed to a free line within the Hunt Group, based on one of a number of algorithms including Round Robin, Longest Idle, Circular or Linear. Additionally, calls to a busy line within the Hunt Group can optionally be handled in the same way as calls to the Pilot Directory Number. When all lines are busy, incoming calls may be held in a queue.
